My tooth fell out and it was suposed to but can it get infected or anything should I be worried or just not even be worried or anything? I have double teeth and it was a baby tooth

Answer:
No, you're fine. Once the baby tooth falls out, the permanent tooth should be able to move into position. Of course, if anything starts hurting, or swelling up on you, see the dentist. But it sounds good! Baby teeth are supposed to fall out. http://www.dentalgentlecare.com/images/erupt.gif <<< click the link to see the chart
