Your height is pretty set in your genes man. It's possible to keep growing after 19 but not likely and not much. No exercise will help. If anything make sure you get enough vitamins and minerals so IF your body is going to grow any more it will have all it needs to do so. A doctor can tell you (not sure if the test costs money or not) if you will grow any more because your growth plates in your bones will disappear once you are done growing.
