Adding to the previous answer, I know Ohio State's college of dentistry has a clinic that might be able to you out. Like the previous answer said, they are inexperienced, but just about to get their degree. Also they are at a somewhat reduced price as compared to many dentist offices. There is a clinic phone number at the linked website to see if they can do something to help your situation.
