Are white strips really bad for your teeth?

Can Crest White Strips whiten ALL your teeth?

• Hey, I've recently started using these infamous "Crest White Strips", you know, see if they'll actually work as good as they say they do. Anyways, for the people who have already used them/using them now, I have a few questions: 1. Do you have to do anything to prepare for the strips? (ie. Don't brush immediately before? Don't eat food immediately before?) 2. Do you have to do anything AFTER you take off the strips? (ie. Brush your teeth after? Don't eat food immediately after?) 3. So these strips cover only you front teeth. Does that mean all your teeth are still going to be yellow, except your front teeth? (that would look kind of weird). Alright, thanks for any replies!

  They will brighten some but tv is over exagerated with the pictures they show. If you have the money I would have them bleached by a dental lab. I had it done and the results are astounding. My teeth are so white. They had years of stains of coffee/nicotine. But for a little whitening the strips will work Hope this info helps
