How much will it cost to replace a retainer and will insurance cover it?

ok soo i had braces for two years. after i got them off, the dentist wanted me to wear invisalign for my top teeth and a retainer for my bottom teeth. I accidentally threw my retainer out, so now I need to get it replaced. About how much will that cost? Over hundred? And is it possible that insurance will cover it?
