How well are you supposed to rinse your mouth out after brushing?

After brushing your teeth, are you supposed to rinse your mouth with water?

NO. That will rinse all the 'good stuff' from the tooth paste out. Just like pouring water on the toothpaste ...BAD, and rinsing your mouth with water after, mouth wash ... BAD

Yes that is the norm but occationally I use mouth wash keeps it minty fresh

Yes. It is not good to swallow toothpaste on a regular basis and as one or two days may not make a difference, multiple days over a long period of time will. Wash out your mouth.

I do, and I'm pretty sure you're supposed to. You have to rinse out all the fluoride and other stuff that could be in the toothpaste.
