I am having pain from my broken tooth, help!?
-
When I was 10 year old kid, When I was playing games I broke my tooth by falling on the floor. My tooth has been pulled slightly to cover the broken part, and My doctor has covered the broken part of the tooth by pasting enamel on it. now i am 21. From 2 days onwards, I am having tooth pain and having sensations like my tooth is being pulled out, I am getting mouth odour too, Do I have to take this seriously or let it go? Do I need to consult doctor? No my tooth is the same colour as it is and it's not even moving. I am confused, help!

Answer:
when you have trauma to your tooth, it can cause a blockage in the canal, which can block the flow of blood vessels and choke off nerve endings. If it's really bad the tooth could die. Your's may have died slow and the inside is decaying which is causing the odor. the sensation could be the decay reaching further down into the root of the tooth where it has finally hit remnants of your nerve. You need to go to your dentist. The pain may subside for a while, but it WILL come back... worse.

Go to doctors, meanwhile..to relax the pain, put Bonjela on it, it will ease the pain down. Perhaps you may have unhealthy gums, rinse your mouth with warm salt water every morning and reduce sugary foods and fizzy drinks. Try rinsing your mouth right now, I had very bad tooth pain some months back, after rinsing my mouth wiht salt water, I felt better, it also prevents mouth odour. Hope you get well soon Akka!

Please don't be confused because any confusion will complicate your condition. This is definitely a very serious matter & you should not neglect it & immediately consult a renowned/ reputed dentist of your area and start taking medicines & due precautions as suggested by your dentist.
