How can I get whiter teeth?

  • I've worn braces and so now my teeth are perfectly STRAIGHT, so now I want them to sparkle. Don't get the idea that my teeth are the colour of dirt, I just want them to be whiter. I guess I have average coloured teeth, as I brush about 3 times daily and have never whitened. I don't smoke, drink coffee, ect Anyhoo, any special regiments? I've heard that brushing with baking soda helps, but I've yet to try that. Bleaching? What brands? Special toothpastes? Anyways, thanks

    Baking soda works wonders, but don't mix it with lemon juice. A lot of websites say to mix the two and them brush it on, but it wrecks the enamel of your teeth. Whitening strips are pretty ineffective, but bleaching at the dentist's works.
