Where to buy a beyblade in Delhi?

Im going to buy a beyblade?

and i want to custom make it but im kind of new to beyblade and i was wondering what are upsides and downsides to these fusion wheels, midnight storm and lightning also how do the different spin tracks effect the beyblade btw i will be using toywiz to make my beyblade and i would prefer one with higher attack that goes all over the arena and doesnt just stay still. http://www.toywiz.com/beybladeparts.html

well if you are new to beyblades why dont you start with storm pegasaus cuz i started with storm pegasuas and ended with hyper aquiro. dont mind my spelling.
