Where to find state surplus auctions?

I'm looking for the Avenging Narwhal Playset, anyone know where to find one?

The avening narwhal playset was discontinued by Archie McPhee and Co about 2 years ago. It is next to impossible to find. I have been looking online, calling various toystores and gift shops (over 100 in my state as well as a few in oregon and washington) and nobody seems to have this thing. I've checked online auctions and posted wanted ads on craigslist. Does anyone know where to find one, or does anyone have the playset which they'd be willing to sell? It's intended as a gift for my SO, his birthday is in october and I'd really love to surprise him with it. Help!
