Where can i get takara tomy drift package light tyre?

i lost one of the tyre and want to buy a new set of tyre at the hobby shop but they say they didn't sell any of it. i also try on the internet and still cannot find any not even e-bay. then i try to build one but there is no pvc pipe really fit with the rim. also my friend just inform me that his takara tomy drift package light tyre were scratch after playing on the rough surface and now the car unable to make any drift anymore. so can anyone tell me where can i get takara tomy drift package light tyre or at least tell how to make one. if no one can solve this then i say takara tomy drift package light suck.
