So im building up all my lego things to sell, but i've found that im missing some pieces, so does anyone know a site where i can buy spare pieces or something like that from?

bricklink.com lego.com (cheaper, but very little variety of individual parts) ebay isn't that great for parts. Just stick with those above

Yeah, www.bricklink.com. you have to be at least 18, but they've got thousands of stores operated by regular people. If Lego makes it, you can find it there.
