Help! I’m having a problem with webkinz world. I named my pet Coco and when I go to make him a room it said this “You have used a word that is not allowed.”. Is there a way to change my pet’s name? I see your problem, but unfortunately, webkinz does not alow your name to be changed. If you think that there should be a way, you can contact them. Simply log in, and click on contact us in the news.

I heard on elubin.com that this is happening to a lot of people. they are contacting GANZ and will keep us in notice. so just hang tight, and the glitvh will be fixed soon!

It says on the Adoption, When you name the pet you keep the pet's name that name forever! You can't change it! Unless you get the same exact pet and name it a different name! That should help. Good Luck!
