Where can I buy good skateboard bearings CHEAP?

I have a Monsoose skateboard that I bought at Walmart and the original bearings are not that good. I didn't wanna buy new bearings because I kinda don't have any money. I wanted to just clean the bearings and hope they would be faster afterwards but people are telling me that the original bearings on a Mongoose skateboard are not that good either way. It sounds like I have no other choice, I HAVE to buy new bearings, better bearings. But the question is... WHERE???

You can buy Bone-Redz Bearings at Sun and Ski Sports for $16 is what my friend got 'em for.
