What's the quickest way to solve a Rubik's Cube?

Faster way to solve a rubiks cube???

  • I solve it the way where you make a cross, then do it in layers. it takes me a little under a minute at my best, but people say that using that method, you cant get your time any lower then 30 seconds. what other ways are there, and how do those asians who solve it in like 10 seconds do it???

  • Answer:

Fridrich, Roux, and Petrus and all methods you can get sub-20 with. Harris Chan uses Fridrich, and he averages around 10-14 secs. There's three parts to Fridrich. F2L, PLL, and OLL. Or... First two layers, P.ermutation of L.ast L.ayer and O.rientation of L.ast L.ayer. I recommend you learn intuitive F2L first, then move on to learn all OLL and PLL algorithms. (about 80 algs in total) Here's some videos to get you started.
