Looking for a high power bolt action sniper airsoft rifle, help.?

I'm looking for a BOLT action, I repeat BOLT action, air soft sniper rifle. I don't care if a scope or bipod is included, I also don't care how loud it is. The three things I want are bolt action, accuracy, and distance. I want far distance and really good accuracy (obviously). My budget is 100 bucks excluding tax/ shipping fees. I'd prefer there be a rail so I can add a scope. Thanks, I'm looking for people that have actually used these guns, so if you have used or seen a gun, please include it in your answer.
