Has anybody bought anything from air gun ware house before?

I just ordered a pellet gun from airgunwarehouseinc.com yesterday and was wondering if anybody has bought anything from them. Right after i bought the gun they sent me the order status to my email and i clicked the link it came with and the status and tracking are blank and i called them on that 800 number and it just goes to an automated machine telling me to email them. I already sent them a lot of emails asking them when my gun should be shipped and if the transaction went through. So plzz help me
