Does anyone know where I can find a mannequin?

Does anyone know where I can find this toy?

  • I lost a toy of mine that I always sleep with. The most likely place that I lost him was on Caltrain, but my sister called into the two lost and found numbers that they have, and they never responded, which means he didn't get turned in to the lost and found. I'm looking at similar toys that can help me sleep better since I lost him, but I haven't found anything even remotely close. I don't know who made Charlie (the toy I lost) or where to find another identical toy, but I do know that I got him at Ducky's Car Wash in San Mateo, CA, in either 2002 or 2003. I have a few pictures of him, so if anyone knows where I can find a replacement, I'd really appreciate it. I recently had to put down my bearded dragon (he had cancer and was going downhill fast) and I've had a lot of trouble sleeping, and I've had lots of bad dreams, and if there's any way I can find Charlie, or find who made him so I can buy another of him, it would really help me get through this tough time. He has kinda rough textured cloth with short 'fur' that's gotten rougher with age. His ears and tail have slightly longer 'fur', and have stayed a bit softer. He's got stuffing in his head, and a clump in his body that's been compressed with age, but all his limbs (and his ears) are weighted down with beads of some sort—most likely plastic pellets, like in most other bean-filled toys. When I got him, there were also other dog toys sold at the same time, including a soft-textured dachshund and a soft-textured doberman, both of which were slightly bigger than Charlie (he's about a foot long, when stretched out, perhaps?) I'm guessing they were all the same brand, which means whoever made him most likely makes lots of different kinds of dog plush toys. I've searched everywhere I could on the internet, and I can't seem to find anything like him. Thank you to anyone who can help me with this! Well first I would take the pictures and see if they have anything at Toy's R Us, then go to some antique shops, since its so old. Then you can try on E-bay and such to try and find it. Sorry I can't give you a specific store, but since its so old, E-bay might be your best bet, or try Craig's list or something. Google might be able to help as well.
