What's so special about Tokyo Marui?

Tokyo Marui Famas with Firefox 11.1V?

• Hi, I would like some enlightment on whether the EG560 motor of Tokyo Marui Famas would do fine if I put in the Firefox Li-polymer 11.1V 1800 mAh battery? Or will it risk blowing the motor for good or other parts as well? I have other guns that do fine with the Firefox battery, but Famas has always been my favorite one, so it would be great if anyone can give opinions that would not risk damaging the gun.. Thanks!

  Tokyo Marui guns are the pinnacle of upgradable guns. They are perfect for ROF upgrades. I've seen Maruis with Firefox Lipos and they are great and work fine. However, due to the increase in ROF the gun's life expectancy will be lowered. You're slightly increasing your risk of stripped gears and possibly even wiring problems, but the motor is fine. It is a Marui so you should be fine though. If you want you could put High-Speed gears in your gun, those are built for higher ROF.
