  • Answer:

Models of Yesteryear is a brand made by Matchbox. They are very collectible, but are not worth a ton of money. The three you mentioned are readily available, both in mint condition and in mint condition in their original boxes. Many people threw the boxes away, and unfortunately without their boxes they are worth substantially less money to collectors and car enthusiasts alike. The Ford Model T is worth $22 with it's original box unopened and $14 without it's original box in mint condition. In played with condition it's worth between $6-$10 depending on the condition. The Simplex is worth $18 with it's original box unopened and $7 without it's original box in mint condition. In played with condition it's worth between $0.99-$4.99 depending on the condition. The Maxwell is worth $25 with it's original box unopened and $12 without it's original box in mint condition. In played with condition it's worth between $0.99-$5.95 depending on the condition.
