Is it safe to buy used pc games off amazon?

Where can i buy BRATZ DVD OR PC games for my daughter other than Amazon.com as it doesn't help??

I can't seem topurchase from amazon.com as it keeps showing shipping error with the fact that it does not ship such dvds and pc games to Bahrain. any suggestions elsewhere that i can get items to bahrain????please help.
