What are the custom-made dolls sold in anime conventions called?

  • I love anime and I've been to several anime conventions. When I go, in the Dealer's Room (where they sell stuff) there's always a table set up that makes custom-made dolls. The dolls are very pricey, about 300 bucks or more each. Any one know what they're called?
