How do you make moon sand?

Please help me make my FIRST Naruto deck?

• Sup everyone!! I play Yugioh and I heard that Naruto was a really good game to play too. So my friend gave me all his cards because he doesn't play the game anymore. Below is a list of all the cards I have (I think there is like 70 cards). Please help me pick out the right cards to make a really good/competitve Naruto deck and, if you can, please explain to me how to use the deck and why you chose to put those specific cards into the deck. Just to let you guys know, I don't plan on buying any new cards right now, so yeah. Please help me out guys! I could really use it.
