What are some good cards to put in a black magic the gathering deck?

Is this a good MTG deck and extra cards?

• Btw, mtg = magic the gathering. heres a link to the deck, its from judgement, so its not that new. But i like it, i find a lot of strategy i could apply if i buy this deck: http://www.cardkingdom.com/index.php?sid=552791248&main=deck&deck_id=61 $17.95 (1 left lol) i was also planning in addition to this to buy some cards to make it better the cards are: 2x 2010 booster packs $2.95 each 2x Exoskeletal Armor (Raises +1/+1 for every creature in all graveyards) >$1 2x Phantom flock (2 of these are already in the deck, but i like cards with flying abilities)>$1 3x Phantom Nantuko (in deck too)$4.50 1x Protean Hydra ($4.95,0/0, and its 1 Green and X any, X represents amount of +1/+1 counters on it. u can use one counter to null the attack, and for every counter removed, two are put on at the end of the turn.) 2x indestructability (makes one permanent creature indestructible, to be used with hydra or any phantom, especially Nantuko)$3.90 total = $42.21 for almost 100 cards, including the prebuilt deck, singles and booster packs listed above. I think it's a pretty good deal. consitering i dont have any cards (i've been borrowing for like 2 months, and i had to give them back today =() Is this good? or should i get a different deck/cards overall. Plz help/suuggest/whatev. =]

  In regards to the Protean Hydra, considering you can buy them for as low as $1.49, no, that's not a good deal. Here's where they are that low, not to mention the other cards you named: http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/magic_single_card.asp?cn=Protean%20Hydra For the deck, you really want to avoid so many "one of" cards. Ideally, unless you have a way to go look for specific cards (Demonic Tutor for example), this is risky at best. For a solid, consistent deck, you want to have the majority of your deck built with four of a given card, and keep it at 60. That way you have the best shot at getting off your tricks and combos. Food for thought.
