Is the black ghost a magic deck?

Help for a modest Yugioh deck...?

• Okay I played rule-less yugioh quite a bit as a young child, then stopped yugioh for a while. me and my friends picked it up again, and got more serious about rules and strategy. We dropped it, i switched schools, and last year me and a few other kids have gotten quite competitive. Sunday we are going to our first tournament, and I am basically using a very simple deck with what i hope is a good side deck, and a few modifications to give me SOME cover from most deck types. I just want you to tell me if there are any holes in this deck, where i went wrong offensivly and defensivly. thanks in advance... and i know tehre are other deck types, dont try and change my strategy too much :D unless my strategy blows more than i think.
