your processor is good enough and RAM is good as well. if u really want to play at maximum graphics then buy AMD radeon HD6950 for Rs16000. its really powerful card and u will love it. its can run all games at max graphics for next 3 years. u need to buy good powersupply with this card. a 600W corsair for 4000Rs will do the job. if u want something cheap in 10-12k then go for AMD radeon HD6870 for Rs10,800/- and if u want to fit powersupply and graphics card both in 10-12k price range then buy tagan stonerock 500W for 3k and nvidia GTX550 [or GTX460 1GB] for 9500/- if u want to fint powersupply and graphics card in 18k budget then buy corsair TX600W or cooler mster/tagan 600W for 4000/- and get GTX560 TI for 14000

Well i have NVIDIA 9400 GT and it easily support GTA-4 in medium graphics. I think 9800 GT will be perfect for these games but now it depends on you for your Budget. You have to extend it.

if ur budget is a little bit more than go with nvidia gt 560 ti it's awasome and ready for next 2 year's games. it's price is 15000 rupees but if u have limited budget than take nvidia 460

ur system is pretty good . but i suppose u to have 1 GB NVIDIA 9600 GT OR ABOVE. I HAVE GTA 4 AND IT IS WORKING FINE IN MY COMP.
