Does anyone know where to get good prices on Pokemon cards?

Anyone know where I can get 4 Lord of Atlantis cards (Magic: The Gathering) here in Manila?

Am currently trying to get hold of 4 copies of Lord of Atlantis (hopefully the time spiral version, and in mint or near-mint condition) but I can't seem to find any shop here in this country that sells the darn cards, and I'm not willing to purchase a whole box which doesn't even assure me of getting the cards that I want. Anyone know of a good supplier here in the Philippines? I can't get hold of anyone from NeutralGrounds either. Thanks!

Try FindMagicCards.com. This is a list of sellers that have online stores, and allows you to search by card name and set. Seems like CCG House has 14 of them at $1.99 each. ManaWerx has a foil version for $3.99. I have dealt with ManaWerx before, but not the others, except for Shuffle and Cut, who seems overpriced.
