What yugioh booster box should i buy?

  • I'm having difficulty in choosing a booster box, i currently have a burn deck(which is decent), a dark deck(which is bad, its the dark emperor structure deck) and a light deck(this is my best one). I dnt no which booster box is good for me, i was thinking between gladiator beast, phantom darkness or duelist genesis. Im thinking of making a new gladiator beast deck, so i though gladiator beast would be good, but then i thought the cards i get in them wont be worth as much as the new cards in duelist geneisis. Or i can buy both the stardust dragon and archfiend tins. Please help me in choosing which one to buy, im really confused, and are booster boxes worth it coz ive never bought one???

    well that dark structure deck isnt what most people think of when they hear dark deck. If you want a Real dark deck, you should take out a few of the better cards from that (like DDR, caiuss, and some other remove from play cards that are nice for doomsday horror and DAD.) If you WANT a dark deck, you can make it good by buying phantom darkness. Burn decks are hard to decide for. Since not many of them some destined for each other, you have to shop throughout the sets to get cards that potentially go well with each other. bad reaction to simochi is from LOD, Gift card is from TAEV, upstart goblin is from MRL, and nurse reficule the fallen one is from a video game. Most burn decks are like that. can't help. if you want a gladiator beast deck, it depends on the cards you already have. if you already have most of the basic commons and rares, then I would just get phantom darkness packs and sell the good cards from that and buy the others you need. If you dont have any, it would be sooo much easier to get the commons and other GB staples with gladiators assault. for a light deck, again it depends on the kind of light deck. Lightsworn, or arcana force? LODT is the set for you. if its a fairy deck, then you are going to want to find video game cards like athena and valhalla. I wish i could have been of more help, but as a last bit of advice, if you think you can find the cards that you need for the other decks relatively easily, I would go with phantom darkness packs. They have the most expensive ultra and secret rares. GL

Gladiator Beasts are really costly, and you won't get all the cards you need from a single box. You'll need (for holos) 3 Test Tiger (GLAS), 3 Gladiator Beast War Chariot (TDGS), Gyzarus (LODT) and maybe 2 Heraklinos (GLAS). Heraklinos is being reprinted in the TDGS-SE, so I'd buy a whole box of the Special Edition boosters.

if you want more of a chance at getting expensive cards,buy phantom darkness booster.but the booster packs are really expensive but cheaper than buying the same amount of packs anbd it gives you more of a chance to get rares.but if i have the money to buy one i'd get one.so i say get phantom darkness box
