Can you find old Pokemon cards in stores today?

I remember that you used to be able to buy Pokemon cards in stores and some would be worth quite a bit of money (the rare ones, holograms, etc.) Can you still find those cards in stores today? I know they still sell them but they look a lot different than what they used to. Also, are the new cards worth any money? Like is there any rare cards in this new edition that they have out??? Thanks!
