Which trading card game is more fun to play? pokemon or yugioh?

I'd have to say Yu-Gi-Oh. Pokemon is far too narrow and bland allowing only 1-on-1 or 2-on-2, but Yu-Gi-Oh can have 5-on-5 battles with Magic and Traps, and the effects each card has can shift the tide in anyone's favor.

They are both lame.. I thought that lame fad would end. But little kids keep on buying, so they keep on selling. In about 3 years, you are gunna wonder why you ever even bought one. So save your money and just quit now.

Yugioh is obviously a better card game to play because everything and anything about it is with cards! They even play with the cards in the show! On the contrary, pokemon is a more lively game; ie. pokemon is meant to be played with systems of such (gameboys,nintendos) but yugioh is played with cards because of the inspiration given on the show itself. I believe that if they used cards instead of pokeballs on pokemon, people would consider pokemon a better card game. But until then, yugioh stands it's heights.

yu-gi-oh is better to play but they arent any where as good for collecting because there made out of cheaper stuff then pokemon cards and playing with pokemon cards is boring

yu-gi-oh. it's more fun and challenging. i played pokemon, but it was quite boring.

yugioh is way better im 18 and i still play, ive been playing since it was released in the US and i have never once lost intrest, and no im not a geek or anything im a varsity soccer cap, with a gf and all. andyone who says playing yugioh is lame should never play poker, blackjack, or ever watch another sports program because its all aboout the competition not the fact there was a show.
