How to make a competitive Yusei deck?

Constructing a powerful deck?

• Yo i just got back into yugioh escpecially since i threw away my gx cards i know i shouldnt have disrespected my cards like that but im gonna start all over. yo can i get some advice from you pro duelists here is my deck how does it look. do i need to make my deck smaller and if so what cards dont i need. I want to have a speed warrior deck. i know that doesnt mean i cant have monsters of other types but mostly a deck similar to Yusei Fudo but not quite. I also want to be able to use the five legendary dragons too bad only 3 were made into cards.

  5/10 1. you have 50 cards, get it down to 40 2. it has no theme, try to stick to a theme that you like (dragons, warriors, etc.) Heres a list for a deck which is called 'Monarch Control', i post it on many people with a deck with no theme., or need help with a new deck. This deck is really easy to play with and the main point for this deck is to summon your Monarch Cards and destroy your opponents card and attack their life points directly. Its a really cool deck.
