How much would it cost to make the yugioh structure decks only released in Japan?

Hello everyone. I heard that there were two yugioh structure decks, curse of darkness and surge of radiance, that were only released in japan. I am very interested in getting these decks, especially surge of radiance, and i heard that the individual cards were eventually released in english packs. My question is, how much would it cost to buy all the cards in english to assemble english versions of these decks, and which site would be the best? Thanks a lot!

ebay would be the best way to get thecards you want... the main monster are a bit hard to buy... but the others are a less than a dollar each... depends on the card your looking for...
