Why can’t I view player profiles?

When I am in any game room and no matter what player I click on, when I get the player information window and click on the profile button, I get nothing and the player information window closes. Why can’t I view player profiles? I am over 18 and my pop-up blocker is off

That happened to me and I realized my pop-up blocker was actually enabled (from aol) and blocking the profiles.
