Rate my Yugioh deck?!?

• First off, i have not played Yugioh in 6 years, just rooted out my cards out of curiosity. Only ever bought one pack of cards, a booster deck, and from these i built up a deck of over 300 cards, most of them are now lost in the attic, but i kept my main deck and some other cards in the back of my chest of drawers, and am now hoping you can rate the deck for if i was to start playing again. I am unsure if any of these cards have limitations or a banned officially, but it would be nice to be told if they are, and also still rated for playability of the deck. Dynamite Gravity Bind Gift of the Mystical Elf Waboku Solemn Wishes x2 I know that you are all thinking that there seems to be no structure to the deck, but i never liked to limit my deck to any singular type of card. The aim of this deck is too preserve my lifepoints while slowly eating away at the enemies, i have a few cards that are devastating if they are allowed to live, like emes the infinity or the little fire guy who gains attack points the longer he is alive. I also like to limit the field, untill it suits me to let rip. So, how is the deck (even if some are banned) Are any banned? Would i be likely to win?

  Ok well i definitely would not even consider battling your neighbor with these cards let alone go compete in tournaments with it, you wouldn't even get past security because there are banned cards. I would recommend going into specializing in strategies with cards and making a deck around a special tribute like fire or water, or specialize into a type of card like dragon or warrior. Certain decks specialize in one thing or another like Dragon decks mainly focus on beat down decks and rock decks are great on defense. After deciding that look up what cards are banned and limited i recommend a site like this: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Forbidden After doing all those things try your hand with your friends or people around you instead of jumping into a tournament and getting bad rep. Play around with your deck because there is no perfect deck it depends on the person and how they like to play.
