  • Answer:

The most common reason for your problem is an easy fix! Yahoo games use virtual memory to play. Running low or out of virtual memory causes game to freeze. Increasing your virtual memory helps with the freezing/getting booted problem. You can increase your memory by going to start button, settings, control panel, system, advance tab, performance, advance tab, virtual memory, change it, make it 1800 kb or higher, In both boxes, click apply then ok . Yahoo updated the games section. You may need a new updated game demo. Go to Tools,Internet Options,Browser history ,settings button,View objects. Right click and remove all yahoo games listed. When you go to play next time a new demo will pop up to download. OR if you don't use IE7 remove them by going to Start,My PC, C drive,Windows folder, Downloaded games folder. delete games there. The new IE8 will not work with yahoo games! so revert back to 7 if you updated to it. Yahoo says this! Please be aware that our games are not currently optimized for use with Internet Explorer 8. For the best experience playing our parlor games, we suggest not upgrading to the latest version of Internet Explorer for the time being
