Chimeratech Fortress Dragon So now for a clear explanation, this is a Spellcaster Swarm Field Control Beatdown Deck. I go for countering any possible strategy my opponent may have to avoid them getting their trump cards out at all. Such as negating Contact Fusion or Synchro Summons, even Removing them to avoid any more interfering with my deck. BUT! The problem here is that I have an empty slot... Skill Drain rarely cripples my deck since the improvising here is BEATDOWN the opponent with sheer power. Another alternative is counter any damage I may or may not take by either searching my deck or rebounding the attack. Popping traps or spells and negating them from clearing my field. YES! I do know spellcasters are awful in recent games, but my aim here is to construct a deck that can hold itself competitively against the likes of the Synchro Swarms, Fusion Beatdowns, and so on. This deck itself has been constructed in a period of four months since I picked up the game again. Yes, I'm still a noob to the new game play, but I've managed to improvise. I can fend off the likes of; - Lightsworns Deck. - Demise Insects Deck. - Reptilianne Deck. - Disaster Dragon Deck. - Gravekeeper's Deck - Spellcounter Spellcasters Deck. - Machina Gadget Deck. - Karakuri Deck. - Vanilla Beatdown Deck. - Gladiator Beast Deck. - Infernity's Deck. - Naturia Synchro Deck. - Frognarch Deck. But I still have problems with Six Samurai's, Gladiator Beasts, Reptiliannes and E-Hero's... which is sad since I haven't really experienced any GX Gameplay other than Yubel Burn, Lightsworns, and Gladiator Beasts. To which I've adapted and managed to create a deck that is slightly flexible and capable to keep up with semi-tier decks with immense speed. Any possible feedback would be nice, but as a heads up. I refuse to take out my Silent Magician's and Dark Magician Girl. It's sorta of a bit of eye candy for me and works as my way of saying. "Why yes, this IS my deck." But still, suggestions and commentary is appreciated!

  • Answer:

well for the spells and traps your deck looks good what you could add for spells is magicians unite, mage power, magicians blast. for the traps add widespread ruin, and negate attack and dark illusionin it to.
