How to make a good water deck?

How should i make my water pokemon deck better?

• like what cards should i add. and maybe 1 other type if so witch 1? (these are just my 2 stage pokemon) piloswine lv 35 100hp. starmie lv 44 90 hp. gryados lv 52 130 hp. (my best water card) poliwrath 130 hp lv 46 moves focus punch does 60 costing 1 rock engry. and submission does 90 uses two randoms and 1 rock. golduck. lv 47 90 hp.blastiose lv 52 100 hp. list witch pokemon i should add or get rid of. if i should any ice pokemon 2 that would work. thanks

  get a piplup-empoleon lv x. this is a great card. also get a politoed. if u have any poliwrath,poliwag or poliwhil in play all it attacks does 60 more damage. its attack does 100 damage(if u have poli's) and an additional 40 by flipping a coin and getting heads
