Pokemon TCG Question?

Hi, I am starting to play pokemon TCG, and I know all the rules to the battles and all, but I am still confused with some of the slang and stuff, I am going to a Pokemon tournament next week (wish me luck :P ) and it says its a 60 Card In-house tournament, and I THINK I know what the 60 card means, it means only 1 deck right? Idk... but I was wondering what In-house means, please also tell me what 60 card means if I am describing it wrong. Thanks!

Answer:
A "in-house tournament" is not a official format. I Guess they mean a indoor tournament, in a house, so not outdoors.
