What board should I buy?

Looking to buy board games tomorrow -- what should I buy for two people? Scattegories, Pictionary, Cranium?

  • I am looking to buy board games tomorrow for a potential for a girlfriend and I. We are both very competitive, love beating each other, love everything from sports to movies to history to drawing to talking to concentrating and everything in-between. I know I want to get Cranium, Scattegories, and Pictionary....what else should I get?

    Cranium isn't fun with only 2 people because you need teams. Cribbage, Blockus, Chinese Checkers, Chess.

The games you mentioned are all great for parties, but they wouldn't work very well for 2 players because you need a partner on your team to guess the answers to the clues you are giving.
