Are Ouija Boards Real or Fake? I Need An Answer Now I Got A Board? Help Me!?

• Hi my name is Jessie and I'm 13 years old and I am like fascinated with ouija boards. Are they real or fake? It's so hard to believe that something made in a factory can be so real and so dangerous, if they are dangerous. I am skeptical, I suppose you could say. It's hard for me to believe that I can actually talk to spirits and stuff with a board... Anyway.... I got a board yesterday at Target for 20 bucks and I tried it out. My mom wasn't very fond of the idea. She didn't want to buy it for me and my 14 y/o brother but we wanted to try it out really bad so she said yes. She told us that she used one as a kid and it worked. So she didn't want to mess with one now days. Okay so yesterday me, my grandma Shirley, my mom, and my brother all tried out the Ouija board. My mom will NOT allow us to bring it inside, no matter what! She doesn't want 'evil spirits coming in' or whatever. So we played it outside. We all sat around it. The board was placed on a small table and we all put two or three fingers on the planchette or whatever its called. It only responded when my mother spoke and when my grandmother put her fingers on the planchette. So my mom was the speaker. My mom first asked: "Are there any spirits here that would like to talk to us?" And no response for like fifteen minutes. I was getting really disappointed because it wasn't doing a thing and I was about to give up. Then, all of a sudden, it began to move. We all acused eacother of moving it, but we all were bareky touvhing the planchette and we all said no, so we believe one another. then we asked what its name was and it said Jim. My grandma said she had a boyfriend names jim once and we were wondering if it was the jim she knew. so we asked it: "did you used to have a girlfriend named shirley?" and it said yes. then we asked it if it was trying to reach out to her and it said yes. then my mom got really freaked out and she told us to stop using it for a little bit. then after dinner at around 6 at nite i lit like 5 candels and gt the board all set up so we can use it again. then we used it and this time it wasnt jim. it was a girl spirit but she refused to say her name, so ill just call her jane. so we asked jane how old i was, and with no hesitation, she went over the 1, then the 3. then my brother asked wat color underwear he was wearing and only he knw that and she answered corectly. it was freaky! so then we asked 'jane' if she was our friend and she said yes then she said she was a good spirit. my mom got freaked out cuz wen we said goodbye the planchette slid over the no. my mom just stood up and put the board in the box and was like done with it. then that nite all i thought about in bed was the board. all i though about! i got hardly any sleep cuz i was a little scared. every noise i heard i flinched and panicked. and all day 2day at school all i thought about was the ouija board. all i wanna do is use the board. im like loving this board! im obsessed! (well idk if i am but its all im thinking about). and i wanted to use it today but my mom said no. ): okay and after school 2day my mom asked me to put the clothes in the dryer (ps the washer and dryer r in the garage) and of course i said sure. so i went in the garage and i was like scared to be in there alone. i quickly did wat i was asked and i was still thinking about the ouija board and wen i went to go inside the door was locked and i knocked on the door cuz my momw as in the kitchen and she cold let me in but she didnt hear me so i opened the big garege door u know that 1 the car drives into and i was gonna run out that way but then the door unlocked and i was fine... and now im writing this queistion..... is it the stupid board that is doing this 2 me? yesterday was my 1st time ever touching one and now im like hooked. please help me. wen ur doen using it, how do u 'close' the portel or watever? was q's shold i not ask? wat questions shold i ask? thanks sooo much sorry this is long but i need answer asap! best answer gets 10 points i swear please help me thanks soooo much! ~Jessie
