Do you like chess and the creativity of it?

I am writing a book and would like to use a chess game as a shell?

  • In that book a chapter is centered around a chess match and I never played chess. Can anyone give me a chess match with the ebbs and flows. I would like around 40 moves this one looks interesting Kasparov vs Topalov 1999. What I do not know and need to know is move by move who has the advantage. Thank you

  • Answer:

No one is going to do that much work for you. But there are books that do this. Most don't cover every move, but some do. I suggest Erving Chernov's "Logical Chess Move by Move." It has remarks after every move, and is also witty. You can buy it any number of places. I suggest the US Chess Federation. http://www.uscfsales.com/product_p/b0079bt.htm But you can probably find a used copy or get it at the library if cost is a consideration.
