Can I play United States Lotto, living in India?
-
I am an Indian Resident. I would like to buy Lotto Tickets of United States, and play them. I kindly request the following information: What are the TOP THREE LOTTO DRAWS of ALL OF UNITED STATES, in terms of JACKPOT AMOUNT? Please give their OFFICIAL WEBSITES, Jackpot amounts and Date and Time of Draws. Are international players allowed to play these Lottos, and claim prizes if they win? If yes, can I buy the tickets of these Lottos online, via Internet, using my VISA DEBIT CARD (I don't have a Credit Card)? I would like to buy single tickets only, as I cannot afford to buy in bulk. I would be thankful if you could please provide me with detailed information in this regard.
