    As someone who hires staff at my firm, I can't tell enough how people blow the absolute basics in a job interview. What are those basics: Show up properly dressed and looking professional. If I had a dollar for every dirty fingernail, tie that wasn't on straight, wrinkled clothing, shoes that are not shined, and people who don't use enough soap when bathing, then I would be a very wealthy guy. Make sure you have the basics of how to look 100 percent right. Casino dealers work with the public and they must look proper. If you can't master the basic of being professionally dressed then it does not matter how well you answer any question. I would focus on how you can be a contributing member of the staff. Tell the interviewer what you hope to accomplish as a dealer. For example, maybe you start off dealing 21 but express a desire to deal other games and add in how you will learn to deal those games.
