  • I bought a scratch off and won a 5 dollar value Power Ball Power Play lottery ticket and I am not sure how to play it. There are 5 rows, A to E with five numbers each. And Power Ball number in each designated Letter/row. It also says, Power Play - No, Promotional Ticket. How do I play? Thank you.
