Can a 13 year old buy scratch lottery tickets?

Hi I'm 13, my parents are rich and all, but they don't give me money -_- so I want to get some scratch lottery tickets to see if i would win anything. So my question is: Can a 13 year old go to a store and ask a clerk for some scratch lottery tickets? Or can a 13 year old buy them from an electric machine that sells lottery tickets? Thanks.

no you MUST be 18 even if you do get a dodgy clerk and he gives you one you cant clame it at your age!
