Can CA lottery scratchers be cash anywhere in CA?

Age for Arizona Lottery?

I've read on many websites that you have to be at least 18 in Arizona to buy/cash lottery tickets and scratchers. It's only been on a few sites that it says 21. I went into a gas station and tried to buy one but they wouldn't let me cause I'm not 21. Anyone know the real rules??

If it's 21, then I salute Arizona! That's what it should be! Don't be too eager to buy lottery tickets. It's the absolute WORST bet on the planet! No other standard bet even comes close. Forget trying to find out the truth, and just hold off buying tickets until you're at least 21. Hopefully those 3 more years will give you a bit more wisdom, and a bit more understanding of the value of the dollar.
