Has Anybody had any Luck playing the Millionaires Lotto?

Why can't i get out of free lotto, and not have to pay any more money. I have tried several times, no luck

Here's how free lotto works: 1.When you register to free lotto, they need yr Credit Card No. and E-mail address. 2.They ask you to pay an amount of handling fee (Eg:$10) 3.They flood yr e-mail with SPAM 4.They sell yr credit card info. and e-mail address to make $ 5.You receive a check of yr handling fee (Eg: You gave $10 as handling fee. So you will receive back $10 as prize or even lesser. Remember: NEVER GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION
