Tips on how to become a better dancer/singer?

Yeah I've been watching dance videos on Youtube, and that's when it hurt my self esteem. I can sing a tiny little, but I'd just like to be a better dancer for the fun f it. Everyone knows I can't dance. And my singing voice is usually awkward to use as it sounds like my normal speaking voice too much, which makes it worse. Any help?
