Help with Pointe please?

PLEASE HELP ME - Do my pointe shoes fit?

I've brought my first pair of pointe shoes but when I tried them on and went up on pointe at home they were a lil bit baggy at the back - is this normal?- (I did have them professionally fitted though - but my mum worried me and they fit perfectly flat) do they fit properly and can there be something done to stop this, is there anything you can put on the pointe of the shoe to stop it fraying. If anyone has any pointe advice can you give me some please - thank you :) I've also tightened the string and sewn ribbons on Please answer xxxx

it is normal for there to be a little big of extra fabric in the heel. to stop the pointe shoe from fraying, light it with a lighter a little bit. also, light the ends of the ribbons to stop from fraying.
