How To Learn Arabic Dance?

Dance Help?!?!?! I want to learn how to dance.....?

I am wanting to learn how to dance, but the only problem is that all the videos I find on routines I love are way to fast or way to slow....I love all the dances in Another Cinderella Story and any other dance that I can connect with, but it has to have emotion. It would help me greatly if I could get a written copy of a routine with images??? If that even exists. I would take dance lessons, but I can't drive yet and I have no money to spend on dance because of college classes. I have always had a passion for dance, but haven't been able to actually pursue it. Please help if you can!
